L’atelier features a large, ground floor kitchen fully equipped for preparing your favourite meals, which leads into a bright and spacious lounge, perfect to relax in after a full day exploring the countryside. A separate bathroom can also be found downstairs. Heading outside there is a well-maintained open garden framed by a colourful array of flowers with a sea view which makes it the perfect place to indulge in a well-deserved afternoon rest with a glass of wine on a sunny day.
All three bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The master bedroom is a spacious, double bedroom with ensuite and a balcony - perfect for a morning coffee overlooking Weymouth Bay. There is also two twin rooms and a separate family bathroom.
Osmington is a pretty village, lined with thatched cottages located along the Jurassic Coast. Within a 3-minute drive of L’atelier you will find Osmington Mills, a pretty hamlet on the coast. This hidden gem is home to The Smugglers Inn, which has breath-taking sea views and offers a great selection of food and drinks. From here you walk along the coast path to Ringstead Bay. The seaside town of Weymouth is only a 5-minute drive from the cottage and offers numerous restaurants including Hall's Kitchen (2021 top rated seafood restaurant on trip advisor) and Sambo Rodizio (outstanding steaks) as well as family attractions such as The Weymouth Sea Life Adventure Park and Sandworld Sculpture Park (both are within 10-minute drive from the cottage).
L’atelier welcomes one well-behaved dog which must be kept under supervision at all times and not to be permitted to go upstairs. The dog must be kept in the kitchen if the guest needs to go out for a very short period (not to be left for extended periods of time). The garden is only secure for a dog when the gate is closed.
Please note that the stairs at the property are wooden and no candles are to be used inside the property.
The wood burner is currently out of use, but there is an electric fire to be used instead if needed.

New property for 2021
We had spent a week at this lovely cottage away from the city and we got exactly what we been looking for - the tranquility and relaxation.
Location is amazing within 12 minutes drive from big shopping spots like Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Morrison’s . Also 16 minutes drive from Durdle door and beautiful views !
There are multiple castles , view points and attractions all within 12min - 1hour driving distance .
The house itself has absolutely everything . Kitchen is well equipped for any life scenario !
Cottage is super warm ( we were very pleased with that ) which made it feel like home away from home .
I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely return again .
