Newton Manor Grange

Our house was built in 2011. There is access to the front and rear of the property. This property is not suitable for wheelchair users, as the living area/dining area/kitchen/one bedroom and shower room ensuite are all located on the first floor.

Pre-Arrival
The nearest bus stop is in the High Street. (10 mins) The nearest train station is Wareham (9 miles). Sandbanks ferry (20 mins) 7am – 11pm daily. Sainsbury/Waitrose/Tesco all deliver an internet shop to the property.

Arrival and Car Parking Facilities
Luggage can be unloaded at the front or rear of the property. There is parking for 2 cars at the side of the property. There are steps at the rear of the property for access to the first floor.

Flooring throughout the property is Karndean (Van Gogh) with carpet to the stairs.

Main Entrance
The front entrance has one step up into the hall, 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. The main front entrance is clear of all furniture.

Ground Floor Bedrooms – 1 twin. 1 double. Non feather duvets and pillows provided in both bedrooms

Both bedrooms have doors to the garden

Ground Floor Bathroom
Bath with shower over. shower screen. wash hand basin and toilet.

Stairs to lounge, dining area, kitchen and bedroom, bathroom ensuite

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are all open plan with no doors. There is an access door to the rear garden via steps.

Dining Area
Extendable dining table with six chairs (no arms).

Lounge area
1 two seater and 1 three seater sofa. 2 arm chairs. 1 coffee table, with 2 small tables under.
All furniture is moveable. Panasonic Viera Plasma HD TV 42 inch with built in freeview. DVD player/hard drive recorder with remote control.

Bedroom with double bed, Non feather duvets and pillows provided.
Door to shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.

Kitchen
Fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Oven door is drop down, hob with 4 burners
Fire blanket and fire extinguisher

Garden
There is a small garden laid to grass. A patio with Indian slate. Patio table and six chairs (wooden)
