Wellbeing by the Lakes is taking place at the sculpture park, Sculpture by the Lakes from 19th September – 21st September

Wellbeing by the Lakes is a brand new three-day festival taking place at the beautiful sculpture park, Sculpture by the Lakes near Dorchester in Dorset. The festival will explore what it means to be mindful and how to live well in our fast-paced modern world. A curated blend of expert talks, live performance, meditation, movement sessions, breathwork, wholesome food and healing therapies will be on offer at one of the UK’s most unique festival locations. Speakers include wellness guru Liz Earle MBE, Gelong Thubten, author of “A Monk’s Guide to Happiness “and serial entrepreneur Lara Morgan. Those attending will be able to take part in pilates workshops, guided meditation sessions and the yoga sessions taking place throughout the three days. Day tickets to the festival start at £30 and include all talks and workshops. The event runs from Thursday 19th September – Saturday 21st September 2019 10am-5pm, with late night performance and live music on Friday and Saturday evening until 10pm .
