We are delighted to introduce Newton Manor Grange, located on a small exclusive development of beautifully designed homes. With large picture windows this upside down house takes full advantage of the views, across the seaside town of Swanage to the sea and the Isle of Wight beyond. Both double rooms benefit from en-suite facilities with the ground floor bathroom acting as a family bathroom with a lovely Jack n Jill design. Both ground floor bedrooms have access to the private, secure patio and garden, with views to the shared pond and grassed area, which is behind sturdy garden railings, making this a safe environment for children.
Swanage is the eastern gateway to Dorset's World Heritage Jurassic Coast with many miles of footpaths and bridleways, making it the ideal place for walkers, cyclists and horse riders alike. Swanage hosts numerous festivals and events throughout the year, and is home to a wealth of attractions: from its award winning Blue Flag beach and Victorian Pier, to the beautiful countryside.

The last time we visited was 15 years ago when my son was 4 yards old.
My son and daughter came with us and they were really surprised how lovely it is here. The holiday let was absolutely perfect,so imaculate ,had everything we needed .We loved the location, although aliittle noisy with the road traffic , it did not really bother us.as the house is exceptional.I love the car parking rules-I get so sick of all the cars parked everywhere at home.Absolutely 5****** We hope to come back next year, thank you.
There is some road noise when the bedroom windows are open but traffic is not that busy and dies down after midnight.
Internet coped with several people using it at once unlike many properties.
We have stayed at other properties on this development but this is our favourite.
We found Newton Manor Grange to be well equipped and very clean. The balcony gave a good view out to the sea and (on a clear day) to the Isle of Wight. It also gave us a good view of the Carnival fireworks.
The bus stops were very convenient - useful as the town centre was about a mile away.
The first floor bedroom has an amazingly powerful shower. No mean dribble here! We did find the double beds rather soft.
The Red Lion well worth a visit, excellent food and friendly staff. Steam train to Corfe Castle well worth a visit.
Highlight of holiday riding along the beach at Studland with Studland Stables.
Loads of local shops for wine and food.
Enjoyed our stay, hope to be back!
Had a lovely time here, would love to visit again.
Recommend Monkey World, it was a great day out.
Red Lion is lovely, great food and staff.
Hope to be visiting again as we really enjoyed our stay!
The view from the upstairs albeit in the distance boasts views of Old harry and the downs and we could see the Isle of White and the sea.
The property was good value and we would definitely stay here again when next in Swanage.
Thank you to the owner and Dorset Cottage Holidays for providing us with such a high spec and great standard of accommodation for our recent long weekend stay in Swanage. It was lovely thank you.
Just 15 minutes walk to the beach and Swanage with good choice of pubs and restaurants to cater for most appetites, especially the fresh fish & chips!!!!
Taking the train to Corfe and viewing the castle.
Drive to Studland Bay, park in or near the National Trust car park then take the chain ferry to Sandbanks and the ferry to Brownsea Island. A lovely place to wander around.
Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
Although it sleeps six there were just two of us but even so it was definitely good value. It definitely had the wow factor and we would happily stay there again.
The town is about a mile away but a bus stop is nearby. The local pub also does excellent food.
All in all a great holiday home on the Isle of Purbeck.
