Located on a small exclusive development just a 15 minute walk from the town and beach, Purbeck Escape is an ideal family holiday home. This modern seaside home provides spacious accommodation, furnished with your comfort in mind and equipped with all one will need for a seaside break in Dorset.
Open plan living and dining area with French doors to the patio garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master bedroom offering en-suite shower room and balcony overlooking the patio garden. Further double room and twin bedded room with full size single beds.
The sandy beach is located just a short 10-15 minute stroll away. There is also a regular bus service running into town close by. A plethora of attractions, eateries and pubs can be found in the town and surrounding area. A visit to Durlston Country Park is a must; why not see if you can spot the pod of dolphins (and local celebrity "Ron" the seal) off this fabulous stretch of coastline. For the energetic among you, Dorset Waterpark in Studland provides an inflatable obstacle course on the lake, hours of fun for children and adults alike! You may also like to book a coasteering session or even paddle boarding with Land and Wave, trips available from "Dancing Ledge" Swanage.

To enhance P.Esc., needs a larger radiator in the main bedroom - chilly when outside temperature cold as two large outside walls, one mainly windows, and situated over car port.
En suite bathroom has little ventilation which is only achieved with light automatically on every time electric fan is used.
No doubt well return in the Autumn ...... and possibly in spring 2020 too.
On the occasion we needed to contact Dorset Cottage Holidays they were very helpful. Looking forward to staying in this property next year.
Lovely food at the Black Swan Inn pub - v. large portions!
Swanage is a super place an unspoilt traditional seaside town, we absolutely loved the pier & the stunning views on a sunny autumnal afternoon.
