Our self-catering holiday home is a ground floor apartment in a detached building comprising of seven individual flats constructed circa 2007.

All guests are provided with directions to “Sea Reach”, Swanage – via Dorset Cottage Holidays and their website: www.dhcottages.co.uk

Property access – The distance from the car park at the side of the property “Bay 5” to the main entrance is approximately 20 metres and from the front of the property via Victoria Road it is approximately 10 metres. The pathway is well lit and on one level.

On entering the building through the main door (77cm width), continue on the ground floor level to the left of the stairs (110cm width) and the front door entrance to the apartment is located to the right of the lift entrance.

It is very important that guests park at the space market no ‘5’.

On entering the apartment (doorway 80cm) the hallway leads to –
KITCHEN is immediately to your left. A brief outline of equipment is as already mentioned in the Dorset Cottage introduction – The worktop height in the kitchen area is 92cm.

BEDROOM ONE is the next room on your left with a King Size Bed – Bed height is 58cm.

LOUNGE/DINING AREA is immediately in front. There are French Doors leading to the garden. Step height down to the garden is 15cm.

BATHROOM is located to your right and consists of bath with a wall mounted shower. Bath height of 53cm, toilet height is 44cm and the basin height is 79cm.

BEDROOM TWO which is immediately is the last remaining room in front of you consisting of two twin 3ft beds – Bed height is 54cm.

The apartment has wooden floors in the hall and lounge/dining area, fully carpeted in both bedrooms and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.
