Tucked away on the rugged Isle of Portland, Dream Cottage is a stylish and compact retreat, perfectly suited for friends or small families looking to escape to the coast. With its modern amenities, thoughtful touches, and proximity to walking trails and watersports, this three-bedroom property is an ideal base for a seaside getaway.

The main lounge offers a cosy space to relax after a day of exploring, with comfortable seating for four, a Smart TV, and WiFi to keep everyone entertained. The separate dining room provides a more formal setting for meals, seating up to six—a great spot to gather for home-cooked dinners or takeaways from the nearby eateries.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, an air fryer, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a hassle-free stay.

Upstairs, the cottage features three double bedrooms. The second-floor bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, adding an extra touch of convenience and privacy. A ground-floor bathroom with a half bath, shower over the tub, and WC ensures there are ample facilities for everyone.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the cottage’s small, enclosed back yard with a charming bistro set, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the fresh sea air. This area can also be used to store your wetsuits, boards or bikes. Unrestricted on-road parking is available in front of the property, making it easy to explore Portland and the surrounding area. You are warmly welcomed to Dream Cottage; a holiday-home on the enchanting-Island of Portland. It is nestled in the delightful village of Easton - just off the beautifully-maintained Easton Square.

It is a terraced cottage with ample free-street-parking at the front. There is a courtyard to the rear, which is accessed from the kitchen and a private la ne at rear. The cottage is a short distance by bus, cycle and car from Portland Harbour, Marina & Chesil Beach - the jewel of the Jurassic Coast which has been awarded World-Heritage Status.

* The nearest bus-stop (No 1) (approximately 100 metres from the house) - the service to Weymouth (and around the Island) is every 15-20 minutes.

* Nearest train-station is Weymouth.

* Nearest supermarket (Co-Op) (approximately 100 metres from the Cottage), selling provisions, frozen and fresh-food, newspapers and alcohol.

* Village of Easton has a post office, Tesco superstore, take-aways, chemist, hairdressers, charity shops and delightful pubs, cafes and restaurants.

* The George Inn (18th Century) is a short-walk away, being a Grade II-Listed pub which offers wonderful food and a great atmosphere.

* Within the area is the famed Cove House Inn (18th Century) - located in a stunning position, overlooking the renowned Chesil-Beach.

* Portland Lighthouse is a short-distance by car and cycle.

* Excellent fishing-opportunities exist all around the Island.

* The Weymouth & Portland Sailing Academy offer all-year-round competition s and facilities.

* First-Rate walking/Rambling Trails are dotted all over the Island.

* There is a Lidl at the Causeway, alongwith a garage (with a Budgens) and a Starbucks.
