Flat 3 Cranborne Court is within purpose-built apartment accommodation. The apartment is located on the ground floor & offers 2 double bedrooms with bath, shower and W.C, fitted kitchen and lounge. The apartment is being used all year round as holiday accommodation and managed very well by Dorset Holiday Cottages.

The local Police Post in on the High Street adjacent to Swanage Town Hall, Telephone: 101 for Non-emergency call or 999 in an emergency.


Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

There is 1 allocated off road parking space marked ‘3’ off the rear service road which runs between Ilminster Road and Rempstone Road.

It is advised to park in Cranborne Road upon arrival when unloading luggage.

From the car parking space off the service road the access is along the path that runs around the side of the main building and has one small step up and one small step down followed by two shallow steps up into the main entrance, aside the steps this path is level.

Once inside a level corridor with emergency lighting leads to an inner door and after passing though this the front door is on your left.

Timer light switches can be found just inside the main entrance to the left and opposite the inner door

The apartment door has 2 locks, 1 at waist height and one at chest level.

Entrance from Cranborne Road into the front of the building is a short walk along a straight and level path with two steps up to the main entrance door.


Public Areas – Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors Etc.
The only public area within Cranborne Court is the hall and corridor, there are no uneven surfaces or steps, they are spacious and well-lit using timer light switches.

Additional Information

There is a handbook in the apartment with various helpful information including emergency procedures. Cranborne Court is a no smoking apartment. The reception for mobile phones is good. No pets are allowed
