Introduction & General Information: Anchor Cottage is a three bedroom two storey semidetached terraced house. It is approximately 100m from the beach and 50m from the railway station and local shops bars and restaurants. The cottage has on street parking. The cottage is a non-smoking and not suitable for pets. The cottage is suitable for families with children and couples wanting access to attractions in the local area. There is no disabled access to the property

Pre Arrival: Booking and enquires can be made via Dorset Cottage Holidays. The nearest train station is Weymouth approximately 50m from the cottage

Arrival & Parking: The entrance to the property is on a residential street, with street lighting if you arrive late. There is no on street parking, only if you have a current disabled badge prior to your arrival. You are permitted 10 minutes to unload & load your baggage.

Entrance to the cottage: The key safe is located to the right hand side of the door the combination will be given prior to arrival. Door Width (0.76m)

Ground Floor: On entering the main door the light switch is on your right hand side and the controls to the heating and hot water is on the left side.

To the left of the door is a cupboard which houses the gas meter, electric meter, water stop tap and sprinkler system. Also refuse bins. Opposite the cupboard is the WC with hanging space for coats. To the right is the door way to the lounge kitchen. The lounge is to the right of the room with a large sofa and cabinet with a selection of games inside. On the main wall sits a large smart TV. So you can access your own Netflix, Prime accounts.

The kitchen area is to the left hand side of the room and separated by a breakfast bar. It has all the mod cons you will require electric fan oven, electric hob, microwave, dish washer and fridge freezer, toaster and coffee machine with a selection of coffees.

First Floor: The first floor houses the first two bedrooms and the main bathroom and laundry room.

Third Bedroom: At the top of the stairs and directly in front of you is the 3rd bedroom it is a single room which has its own window a 3ft standard size single bed. Within the same room is a chest of drawers and built in shelving.

Laundry Room: First door on left is the laundry room consisting of washing machine, condenser tumble dryer and rechargeable hoover.

Main Bathroom: Second door on left is the main bathroom comprising of WC, hand basin, bath with shower above, and glass shower screen. Also Bluetooth LED mirror and heated towel rail

Second Bedroom: Opposite the bathroom is the second bedroom which has a king sized bed that can be made into a twin 2ft 6 beds. Fitted wardrobe, book case DVD TV, chest of draws, bed side table with lamp and a full length mirror on the back of door.  

Second Floor: At the top of the house is the master suite with Ensuite and water tank cupboard.  The room has a king sized bed which can be made into twin 2ft 6 beds. There is also a sofa bed, dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 22 inch LED ,TV.

Ensuite:  WC, hand basin, mirrored LED cabinet with shaving point inside. Enclosed shower cubicle 90cm by 90cm. Heated towel rail.
