Pebbles is a semi-detached Purbeck stone house, constructed to a high standard. It is situated on a private estate close to the local amenities and about 25min walk to the beach.

Pebbles is situated three quarters of a mile away from the town centre and 300meters from the local convenience stores and other.


Arrival and car parking facilities

The property is on a private estate. There is space for two cars to park in front of the house. The estate is on the corner of Cow Lane.


Access and Main Entrance

The front door is 970mm wide and has two 75mm steps leading into the hall. The front door opens into the hall. There is a light switch on the left as you walk into the hall.


The hall

Inside the hall there is a shoe rack and coat hooks. There is a door to the left which is 790mm wide and leads to the kitchen. There is a door to the right which is also 790 mm wide which leads to the sitting room. There is a downstairs cloakroom which also leads off the hall and the door is 790mm wide.


The kitchen/dining room

5.4m x 3m. The kitchen has two windows. It has a range of modern fitted units. Oven with a gas hob and filtration hood over it. There is a range of integrated appliances including the fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a dining room chair and chairs, and a high chair for small children.


Living room

5.5m x 2.8m. The living room is off the hall through a door which is 790mm wide to the right of the hall. There are large double doors which lead to a private courtyard. The living room has two sofas and a tub chair. There is a coffee table and a smart television. There is a cupboard in the living room which has a selection of children’s books and puzzles.


The private courtyard/garden

The courtyard is South facing and has a table and chairs, parasol and a BBQ. There is also a selection of buckets and spades.

 You can also access the garden at Pebbles, through a gate at the side of the property. The gate measures to be 34 inches wide.


The Downstairs Cloakroom

2.32m x 0.9m the cloak room leads of the hall through a door which is 790mm wide. There is a W.C. and a pedestal wash basin.

There are 13 stairs turning 90 degrees to get to the first floor.


Bedroom 1 – to the right of the top of the stairs through a 790mm wide door.

4.17m x 3.03m King size bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, dressing table and mirror, and a hair dryer provided. . All the bedding is anti-allergy and there are three decorative cushions.


Ensuite shower room

2.4m x 1.15m shower cubicle with sliding door, WC, wash basin.


Bedroom 2 – to the lefty of the stairs through a 790mm wide door.

2.8m x 2.7m fitted wardrobes with overhead storage and a day bed which can be used as two single beds or one double bed. 2 single duvets (anti-allergy) and 3 decorative cushions. Bedside lamp and hairdryer provided.


Bedroom 3 – to the left of the stairs through a 790mm wide doors

2.8m x 2.7m twin beds with anti-allergy bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside table and lamp. Hairdryer provided.



1.97m x 1.77m. Panelled bath with a shower, wash basin, WC.

There is a hoover and ironing board and iron provided which are kept in the cupboard in the hall downstairs. The cupboard downstairs also houses the meters and is on the right when you come in the front door.
