This was an alternate rebooking due to Covid restrictions and whilst we missed our usual sea view Heathlands proved to be very convenient with a bus stop outside the front door -in fact apart from a short shopping trip into Swanage we didn't move the car all week .The accommodation was SPOTLESS , not a smear or scuff to be seen anywhere ,5* to the cleaning fairies who must have been working overtime! Comfy beds , plenty of power points , well equipped kitchen with enough cupboards to store the food we brought with us ( not always the case in holiday lets , I think some owners imagine everyone eats out every night when they're on holiday which has been impossible during Covid times) and we loved the decor especially the seagull curtains and upholstery .

Very light and airy cottage. Spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. In a good location within the village of Studland. Would book again if returning to the area.

Excellent
F Southerden 20/01/2021
Very good accommodation with everything we needed. Only small point was windows were dirty with handprints over. Everything else was excellent. It should be noted there was very poor mobile phone signal inside the cottage. Excellent service, given we had to postpone due to pandemic.

Myself and my Granddaughter loved our week away ,
Unfortunately we were cold for the first few days as we did not realise there was a thermostat to turn up.But we cuddled into our blankets and had lots of hot chocolate .

Heathland is a lovely property, and we very much enjoyed our stay. It is not cute and cottagey, but modern with all facilities and loads of lovely homely seasidey touches - seagull cushions, model boats, anchor coathooks, etc. And of course just a stroll to the best beach and beach cafe in the land. Our 2-year old loved her bunk bed and did NOT want to leave.
We would be happy to stay there again, and will recommend it.

Heathland was 95% perfect.

Many walks in the local area with great views. Enjoyed the nearby long sandy beach good for bathing with plenty of water activities.
Anne 21/08/2019
Excellent situation. Well equiped pleasantly decorated. Grandchildren loved it. Great to have a garden. Bus stop outside with very good links to studland beaches and other sites to visit if car not available. Well stocked village shop 2 mins walk away. Pubs, teas rooms etc all close. Clean and arrival instructions good. Extra hand towels would be appreciated.
Anna Cassoni 08/08/2019
Well equipped, clean place which is great as a base for the beach. Our kids loved it. We appreciated the good shower and well provided kitchen. We'll be back
Sally Engelbrecht 24/04/2019

The house is in an excellent position relative to Studland beaches. Very comfortable with plenty of hot water and a good heating system. It was also very clean and well presented.
It gave us a very pleasant holiday and is a cottage that we would very much like to return to.

Dawn 06/03/2018
Delightful, well-cared for house. Very comfortable and more spacious than was expecting. Good location in Studland - convenient for beaches and various attractions.
Suzanne D 12/10/2017
Great house to stay in, especially for those with kids with the garden, books and toys to play with.
Eva 16/09/2017
The house is in a great position close to the centre of the village, a short walk from the post office and general store. Easy walk to the beaches. The house is spacious, especially downstairs. The third bedroom is a bit tight for space, but the other two bedrooms are quite roomy.

The house was very well prepared and clean, and the lounge is very comfortable. The only negatives are the lack of wifi and the strange setup where the TV only offers BBC channels (no ITV or Channel 4).

We had a lovely time and would definitely consider coming back to Heathlands in the future.
Tony Gilbert 04/08/2017
All the comforts of home in a great location near the beach. The open top bus to Bournmouth or Swanage stops outside. The walk into Swanage past Old Harry Rocks is always a firm favourite too. Well equipped cottage in a quiet village, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Debbie Cozens 27/07/2016
Very comfortable lounge, kitchen well equipped, no problems at all
