This home has been recently renovated and furnished to a particularly high standard. In the living room, exposed brick compliments the wooden floors and light walls, giving the space a cosy feel, and in the kitchen, modern cabinetry, complete with a breakfast bar, makes for the perfect place for breakfast.

Bifold doors lead from the kitchen to a smart decking and the enclosed garden’s hot tub is an inviting treat after a day spent exploring the Purbeck peninsula. Upstairs, guests will find four comfortable bedrooms across the first and second floor, and three bathrooms, including one ensuite, to the W/C on the ground floor. With plenty of space for gatherings of friends or family, Valley View is an ideal spot for your next get-together.

Valley View offers parking for two cars off-road, as well as a surplus of on-road parking nearby. The home’s secure garden provides a perfect spot for your four-legged friends to run around, and Valley View welcomes up to two dogs to stay in this well-located dwelling. Swanage, with its glorious beach and nearby country park, is an ideal place to stay with your dog in tow and we think they'll love meandering through the county on many of the local walks and trails nearby.

Bathrooms: G/Fl WC, F/Fl ensuite with shower cubicle, additional F/Fl ensuite bathroom with elec shower, S/Floor bathroom with bath (limited head height). Secure Garden, good size lawn, large patio with outside furniture and optional hot tub (£50 charge). Parking, 2 off road spaces and plenty of onroad unrestricted parking. Gas Central Heating. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate. Linen and towels included in weekly and short break bookings. Two dogs welcome, charged at £25 per pet. WIFI.
