Set within the award-winning Silverlake Estate in Dorset, Silvermere is an exceptional four-bedroom lakeside retreat that combines contemporary design, luxury finishes and an extraordinary setting surrounded by water, woodland and sky. Sleeping up to ten guests, this elegant home has been designed with both relaxation and sociable living in mind — the perfect base for family gatherings or friends’ escapes in one of Dorset’s most unique natural settings.

From the moment you arrive, Silvermere feels special. The property’s light-filled spaces flow seamlessly from room to room, with expansive glass doors opening onto wide terraces and tranquil lake views. The main lounge offers a calming space to unwind, complete with an open fire, Smart TV, and a large balcony furnished for outdoor dining. The adjoining dining area and kitchen are ideal for entertaining, featuring a double oven, electric hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Quooker hot water tap, wine chiller, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A ground-floor utility cupboard with washing machine and sink adds practical convenience.

A second lounge on the ground floor offers a relaxed space for games, reading or movie nights, with doors leading directly to the decking and garden. The layout has been thoughtfully planned to bring family and friends together, yet still offer room for quiet moments and privacy when needed.

Silvermere features four beautifully furnished bedrooms spread across three floors, each with its own character and a sense of peace. The ground floor includes a luxurious superking bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bunk room ideal for children. Upstairs, a stylish king room is complemented by a first-floor wet room and en-suite shower room, while the top-floor superking/twin suite (with air conditioning) enjoys an indulgent en-suite wet room and far-reaching lake views. Every bathroom is finished to a high standard with sleek, modern fittings.

The outside space is where Silvermere truly shines. The wraparound garden blends lawn, decking and water’s edge, with a private jetty offering direct lake access. A large covered deck provides an elegant setting for outdoor dining or sunset drinks, complete with gas barbecue and comfortable seating. Guests can also hire a private hot tub for their stay, the perfect finishing touch for evenings under the stars. Private parking is provided for three cars.

Silverlake Hurricane Spa & Bar
Reserved exclusively for guests and residents of Silverlake, Hurricane Spa which offers an outdoor heated pool, roof terrace bar, sauna and a state-of-the-art gym.
Silverlake Spa is accessible with 2 Spa passes located by the welcome pack (treatments extra).
Hurricane Terrace and Bar offers locally sourced drinks and a small selection of nibbles overlooking Beaumont Lake and the rolling Dorset countryside. No need to book! Simply pop in when you are staying at Silverlake, Dorset.
The Hurricane Pop-up
Hurricane Pop-up, a new rustic dining option located at the Games Green near the Hurricane Terrace and Spa. There are variety of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 8pm with breakfast options available from 9am – 12pm.
Activity Hub
Is located by Hurricane Spa and Bar and offers wide range of activities such;
Water sport equipment hire, bike hire, pilates, kids football coaching, butterfly trail, mega SUP, tennis &MUGA court, guided nature reserve walks, the island. Please note that these facilities are not available through some winter months.
