Purbeck Cottage (Kings)

Purbeck Cottage is a delightful, semi-detached stone cottage, nestled in the heart of Swanage town. Those that know Swanage well will know parking is at a premium and this cottage comes with two allocated off road spaces. In addition its a short, flat walk to the beach, cafes, shops and attractions.

Walk to the stone pier and take a boat trip across the bay to Old Harry Rocks, or relax and enjoy a days fishing. The beach is a joy whatever the time of year, gorgeous sands in the summer and blue skies to enjoy a long list of events. Out of season, you can stroll along the beach and enjoy a hot chocolate as you go.

The cottage is blessed with a good size patio, which has an unusual covered area so you can dine outside, whatever the weather.

Please note currently the shower over the bath is out of order (the facilities of the bath not affected).

Dining Room for formal dining. Bathroom: G.fl WC, F.Fl family bathroom with bath and shower over. Secure Garden: Large covered Patio with furniture and BBQ. Parking, 2 off road spaces. Gas Central Heating. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate. Linen and towels included in weekly and short break bookings. This is a pet free property.
