We are delighted to introduce Newton House, located on a small exclusive development of beautifully designed homes. The owners of this spacious seaside home have stylishly furnished with a contemporary and comfortable interior. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and access to the balcony overlooking the secluded garden. Both twin bedded rooms are furnished with full adult size single beds.
Swanage beach and town centre is an easy 10 minute stroll away. The bay is ideal for families with a lovely sandy beach and what is considered safer bathing in shallow waters. The town is host to many events throughout the year including a large Carnival in the height of summer.
A wealth of other local attractions are within easy reach and cater for all tastes. Guests can walk to Durlston Country Park, famous for its Lighthouse and Globe (guided walks and Dolphin spotting available). Studland beach and nature reserve are within 3 miles.

A very comfortable, spacious house with everything required for a self catering holiday. Location was great for us as we like to be a little away from the hustle and bustle, but may be a little far out for those who find the walk too difficult.

The holiday let was clean and inviting. Kitchen was fully equipped and managed to cook all we needed to. Hand towels are provided as well as tea towel despite the description saying no towels it's just bath towels that aren't provided. We found milk left for us in the fridge... [Read more...]

The holiday let was clean and inviting. Kitchen was fully equipped and managed to cook all we needed to. Hand towels are provided as well as tea towel despite the description saying no towels it's just bath towels that aren't provided. We found milk left for us in the fridge and some lovely biscuits which was nice after a lengthy drive. House was quite spacious and we found it comfortable. WiFi connection was also good. We also found dishwasher tablets and tablets for the washing machine. There was a large white table outside and bench so we did manage to eat outside but didn't find it easy as there wasn't enough seating for 5 of us and apart from a small patio area the rest of the area is gravel. A small retractable washing line and pegs would be useful. Hard to dry swim gear on a clothes airer. Description does mention toys/games but there aren't any, didn't really effect us as we were out alot and kids had brought some toys with them.

Bathrooms, F/Fl bathroom, F/Fl ensuite shower room, G/Fl cloakroom.There is a small WC on the ground floor. Patio & garden with furniture. Balcony from first floor master bedroom, complete with bench. Parking; 2 off road. Central heating. Travel cot (no linen) and high chair. Linen included in weekly and short break bookings, towels are not supplied. WIFI. Hair dryer available.
