Just 300 yards from Greenhill Gardens and Weymouth’s beautiful seafront, Beachway House is a spacious, modern townhouse thoughtfully designed for groups of friends and families. Newly renovated and beautifully presented, this welcoming home sleeps up to ten guests (additional two can be on sofa bed) across six bedrooms, offering comfort, flexibility and style in one of the county’s most desirable coastal locations.
Spread across three floors, the house provides welcoming living areas ideal for socialising and relaxing after days spent on the beach or exploring the Dorset coast. The open-plan lounge is light and comfortable, with seating for five, a Smart TV and WiFi – perfect for film nights or unwinding together. Beside it, the dining area seats eight as standard (with an extension option for twelve), making shared meals easy to enjoy. The large, well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, giving you everything needed for a self-catered stay. A separate ground-floor WC also houses a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Beachway House features six thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, ideal for mixed groups or larger families. On the ground floor, a double bedroom with an ensuite offers level access and added privacy. The first floor includes a single room with a TV, a second double with its own ensuite, and another double ensuite – all serviced by a full family bathroom on the same floor. The top floor offers two further ensuite double rooms, one with its own TV, providing quiet, comfortable spaces to retreat to at the end of the day.
Outside, a secure, enclosed garden offers a peaceful spot to relax with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ – perfect for summer evenings or a laid-back lunch after a morning swim. Two off-road parking spaces are provided, with additional options nearby if required. Central heating, a travel cot, high chair and stair gate ensure families of all ages feel at home, and linen and towels are included in all weekly and short-break bookings.

Local Area
Weymouth is one of Dorset’s most loved coastal destinations, offering a winning combination of natural beauty, classic seaside charm and easy access to the Jurassic Coast. From Beachway House, you’re ideally placed to enjoy it all. Just steps away, Greenhill Gardens provides a colourful, elevated promenade with beautifully kept borders, tennis courts, cafés and stunning views over Weymouth Bay. Continue a little further and you’ll reach the sweeping curve of Greenhill Beach, a quieter stretch perfect for sunbathing, paddling or early-morning swims, while the main sandy beach—with its shallow waters, traditional donkeys and family-friendly atmosphere—is only a pleasant stroll along the Esplanade.
Weymouth’s bustling town centre and historic harbour are also close by. Here you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants serving fresh local seafood, cosy pubs, artisan cafés and independent shops to explore. The harbour area is especially atmospheric in the evenings, with colourful boats, waterside dining and regular seasonal events.
For those eager to discover more of Dorset’s dramatic coastline, the location is unbeatable. The famous South West Coast Path is easily reached for scenic walks, while iconic landmarks such as Portland Bill, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are within a short drive. Families will appreciate local attractions including Sea Life Weymouth, Nothe Fort and Lodmoor Country Park, while water sports enthusiasts can enjoy paddleboarding, sailing and kayaking along the sheltered bay.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure or a classic seaside escape, Weymouth offers something for everyone—and Beachway House places you right at the heart of it.
