Ballard House is a new modern semi-detached 3 storey home located in a small cul-de-sac. The house is built of brick with its own driveway, garage, garden and offers a comfortable and luxurious living space for guests.
The ground floor provides a free-flowing kitchen with family & dining areas offering a great space for entertaining with French doors leading from the family area into the rear garden, which allows the inside and out to flow. There is also a Boot & Pooch room situated off the hallway for outdoor clothing, boots and for a dog to enjoy.
The first floor features the main family lounge with a large window allowing natural light to flood in and also the master bedroom with an En-suite bathroom.
The second-floor features 2 further double bedrooms and the main bathroom.
