Here at Dorset Cottage Holidays we know a thing or two about maintenance.  When you have been looking after all different types of properties for over 25 years there isnt alot that phases you.  And there is never a problem we cant solve – often in a busy change over period.

Over the years we have carefully forged partnerships with local tradesmen that we trust, who charge reasonably and will fix any of our issues – overnight or on a Sunday if needs be.

Its especially important that the point of contact for our guests is someone who knows the property intimately and knows which trade to call.  From our in house maintenance team to plumbers, roofers and electricians we take the stress out of holiday letting.

Whats included in our short terms let management service? Our managed service starts with our award winning marketing tailored to your holiday cottage.  We deal with all the admin and our staff have consistently been awarded the highest review rating of any local agency.

We then deal with any issue that arises during a guests stay.  Maintenance issues often cant be helped and we aim to deal with most during the changeover.  That way a guest is never aware of an issue unfolding before their stay.  In those instances where issues occur during holidays, its really important that we act quickly.
