Pre-Arrival

• We are listed on Dorset Cottage Holiday’s website [dhcottages.co.uk] and all bookings are done via their website.
• The nearest train station is Wareham and is approximately 2 miles away. There are accessible taxis at the station but intermittent bus services.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• You can drive to the front of the house and easily park three cars, please be aware of the electric pole cable that is highlighted in pictures.
• Motion sensor lights are provided but please bring a torch if arriving after dark.

Public Areas – WC

• Shower room on ground floor has a walk in shower toilet and a small hand basin.

Dining Room

• Dining table – solid pwood – has legs on each corner
• Limited space at the end of the table.
• Chairs [all moveable] – 8 wooden chairs with no arms.
• Flooring is carpet

Lounge

• Patio window/double door to patio [140 cm wide with threshold step - looks out onto the rear patio/garden.
• Furniture is 2 x three seater sofa and one 2 seater sofa.
• Small coffee table in centre
• TV provided with remote controls works off the internet - live TV through Iplayer.

Laundry

• There is no separate laundry room but there is a washer in the kitchen [front loading] and a garden drier is provided.

• Backdoor width is 73cm with small threshold

First Floor:

• Reached via a carpeted staircase 12 stairs with handrail
• Width of stairs is 80cm
• Landing is fully carpeted
• All doors to bedrooms are 73cm wide
• All bedrooms are fully carpeted.

• Non feather duvets and pillows in each room
• Sheets, duvets covers and pillowcases are poly-cotton
• Fully fitted carpets in all bedrooms
• 12 stairs to the first floor hallway.

Grounds & Gardens

• There are external motion detector lights to the front and rear of the house.
• At the rear of the property there is access to a large paved area (thresholds from the lounge and hallway). There is one step to the lawn. There is also a locked side gate (code provided)

• The nearest shop is a 5 minute walk away.

• Safety – Hard-wired smoke alarms throughout the premises and Carbon Monoxide alarms in the kitchen and garage
• There is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the kitchen.
