Excellent service, particularly when key broke in lock of The Balcony Apartment door. The response was immediate and we were kept fully informed at all times. Also any communication we had with the office before and during our stay was always promptly responded to.

No personal contact with staff, all done on line quite seamlessly, with prompt notification cottage access and final details.

I have used this company many times over the years along with my family and they have always been great with service. Quick to reply to any queries and very friendly.

I thought DCH acted exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for them to very quickly put it right. In the first week they asked us if everythiong was alright. We then contacted them easily about a broken drawer, and it was fixed the next day. In the second week, something else was faulty and they were going to contact the owners about it. Nothing was too much problem for them and things were put right very quicky. They inspired confidence.

From the outset Dorset Cottage Holidays were brilliant.
After initially just missing our first choice property we were offered the possibility of
Castle View House ,which at the time was not ready for hire.
With prompt replies to emails and phone calls, in particular from Domi and Leanne, we felt confident making a booking and we were so glad we did.

Telephone answered promptly and pleasantly. Our queries and issues were attended to straight away by helpful staff.

The service provided was first class, the lovely young lady who handled our initial enquiry on the 24th April re booking ref 40890 was extremely helpful and polite, she expertly gave us local insite, full information of the property and promptly called us back as promised to confirm some details, it’s with thanks to her that we made the right last minute choice to visit Swanage.

Good old fashioned personal service at its best which we truly appreciated.
Too many companies these days have forgotten about the reassurance the human element provides and how much it means to the customer to feel that their holiday is in safe hands.

I had a little difficulty with paying for the cottage on the website for some reason and had to contact Dorset Homes by telephone. Despite trying two seperate cards without success, I waited until the following morning before payment from the first card was accepted. The staff dealing with my call however were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. Following payment, communication was excellent and informative. I will certainly return to Dorset and Dorset Cottage Holidays will be my first stop when looking to book a cottage break. Certainly would recommend their services.
