Separate entrance to Utility room to store boots with wash basin; additional fridge and pantry area for storage with hanging space

Bathrooms: Family bathroom with bath, WC and power twin head shower cubicle ; 2nd bathroom with shower cubicle and WC, additional cloakroom with WC by front entrance.

Secluded original part-walled Garden, good size lawn, flowers and borders, very large patio with outside furniture and charcoal BBQ (starter pack supplied). Separate bench seating area with veranda. Please note that the garden is not secure.

Driveway with additional parking as off road spaces for 4 cars.

Linen and towels included in weekly and short break bookings. Beach towels available on request.

Two dogs welcome, both charged at £25.

Some steps in the property between levels which split the sleeping areas, living area and day room. There is a greenhouse and garden sheds that have been secured and not accessible.

Please note that there are 5 steep steps from the patio to the lawn (but another route is possible).
