New Cottage for 2022
We stopped in October half-term and it was perfect. We love this area and the Pink House was so homely and relaxing. The neighbours were so lovely and friendly. A perfect place to stop. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore Dorset. The deer in the field out the front was just perfect end to a perfect holiday 🙂
Very clean and spacious but cosy. Interesting decor, very quiet, lots of lovely dog walks from the house. Great and friendly communication from hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at The Pink House, Lulworth. The cottage was in pristine condition and super clean, tidy, and everything functioning and stocked up when we arrived. The location is great if you want the rural country feel but still close enough to explore a number of fantastic areas nearby. Deb was a fantastic host. Would stay again - thanks so much for your hospitality Deb and John.
We had a really comfortable stay at The Pink House. There were loads of easy day trips to be had, as well as lovely walks, a castle and a welcoming pub without needing to get in the car. The house was clean and well equipped and the garden was perfect for games with the kids (and the neighbours were very friendly when we needed to collect our ball!). Would gladly, and highly, recommend to family and friends
Great property, great location, you do need a car as not a lot walkable but so much to do within a very short drive that you don’t have to spend lots of time driving about. Super clean on arrival and a beautiful garden. Lovely personal touches and host is very good at keeping in contact and answering any questions
The Pink House is just lovely. Relaxed and full of character. There were 6 of us staying and we had a fantastic time. Lulworth cove was a favourite but also good location for Durdle Dor, Wareham, Swanage, Corfe and Weymouth. Hosts were amazing and went above and beyond expectations
We had an absolutely wonderful week at The Pink House. A huge thanks to hosts Deb and John whose communication was second to none. They have really thought through everything, the house is lovely and immaculate, and the location superb. Highly recommended and we will be back
What a perfect location for all the attractions and beautiful places in Dorset but wonderful to wake up to unspoilt views. The house has everything you could need and hosts were super. We would definitely come back for another staycation.
The Pink House is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings. It had everything we needed for our holiday. I hope we can return.
The pink cottage is a beautiful place with a wonderful garden. It feels very homely and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child (who was delighted with the cows outside the front window!). It was very clean with all the kitchen amenities we required, we also used the BBQ a couple of times as the weather was glorious. Although in the middle of the countryside, the army training could be heard nearby and we were woken a few times by the sound of gunfire!! We were able to visit lots of attractions nearby, I wouldn’t recommend visiting without a car, especially with a toddler, as most things are a good walk away. Overall I’d highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit the Jurassic coast
We had a really lovely stay at the pink house. We were two couples and two under 1s, and it was ideal - a fantastic, safe enclosed garden for the littles to explore, and a great BBQ and outdoor area for meals outside. Deb and John were great hosts, with prompt communication throughout and speedy replies to any problems, and with advice about the area. Very well equipped kitchen, with all the gear we needed for a week of self catering. Great to be able to walk to Lulworth castle and the Weld arms along a track (no dangerous roads), and very easy drives to Wareham and the coast. All in all perfect for a relaxed escape, thanks!
We had a lovely stay at the Pink house. Location is great as it offers multiple walks in the forest and to Lulworth Castle. It is also very close to Dudle Door by car. The house is charming. Clean and so well equipped. We really felt at home and loved the attentions in the fridge 🙂 Communication with Deborah and John was also very easy. Thanks again!
This is a very lovely house in a beautiful location. The garden was great for our 3 kids and dog. We were lucky enough to enjoy and harvest the salad and rocket from the greenhouse!! The kitchen was well equipped to allow you to home cater and there were plenty of items to help those on holiday - charging plugs, converter plug and extension lead. It was really well thought out. Having Sonos speakers was an added bonus. Would definitely return when it is available again. Jason and family
The Pink House was a perfect quiet location for touring the area. It is very well equipped and is exactly as described. Deb was excellent at communicating with us, would definitely recommend.
