Potters Barn is finished to a very high standard. It was spotlessly clean and the furniture and furnishings were all a good standard too. We didn’t have any face to face dealings with the staff as our property was absolutely fine. The booking service was quick and easy too and the staff I spoke to were very polite and helpful

The facilities and accommodation of the cottage was excellent, well appointed, clean and had everything we needed for a week's holiday. The property is marketed as two bathrooms, however the second of these is toilet and basin only so a little misleading. The stairs to the first floor were steep and quite difficult to navigate, so perhaps worth a mention. Frequent communication prior to and during the holiday. Clear directions to the property and useful information on what to expect, and the surrounding area.
