For our standard size homes we charge £250. Homes over 4 bedrooms can charge an increased security fee, but this is always confirmed during the booking process. Our holiday planners can be contacted to discuss your party requirements and the security fee that will be required.
Many holiday cottages allow guests to arrange private chefs, catering services, afternoon teas, or celebratory meals. This can be a great way to enjoy the occasion without worrying about cooking for a large group. We can make recommendations for every cottage – give us a ring on 01929 481547.
For larger properties and peak dates, booking 6–12 months in advance is recommended. Popular weekends, bank holidays, and summer dates often book up quickly, especially for 40th, 50th, and 60th birthday celebrations. We generally open next season booking in June and you can make a provisional booking prior to this date.
